When do the tees ship?+
Every city tee is a pre-order at $55. The first production run ships in October 2026. You are charged when you order, and your city is locked to your name — nothing ships before the run is finished.
What sizes do you make?+
S, M, L, XL and 2XL in both black and white. They are unisex heavyweight cotton tees with a regular fit — if you are between sizes or want it boxy, size up.
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?+
Yes. Email us before your order ships and we will change the size, colour or city, or refund it in full. Once a pre-order has shipped, normal returns apply.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Send us the order number and we send you the return details.
Where do you ship?+
United States and worldwide. US shipping is a flat rate and free over $150. International orders may be charged local duties on arrival — that part is out of our hands.
When are the hats coming?+
The Original Harlem Ninja hat is not in general production yet. Sixty of them are being given away through the free Level One hunt. General release follows the tee run.
How does the ninja hunt work?+
Codes are hidden on real spots across Harlem and the boroughs. Find one, type it into the check-in page with your email, and upload the photo you took at the spot. You get a permanent ninja name, points, and a place on the map. Level One is free.
Do I have to buy anything to play the hunt?+
No. Level One is free to enter and no purchase is required. Levels Two through Four are paid entry, 21+, and limited to places where the partner prize is legal. Those prizes are fulfilled by the Travel Group, not by this store.
What happens to my photo and my location?+
Proof photos are stored privately and only shown in the hunt feed under your ninja name. Location is optional — if you allow it, your find shows as an anonymous pin on the heat map. We never publish your email.
How do I reach a human?+
